The wife of a custody lawsuit filed a lawsuit against her husband before the Family Court in New Cairo, for his failure to pay the frozen expense of 105 thousand pounds, imposed on him legally to his three children, such as clothing cost, brushes and cover, to confirm the wife in his lawsuit that the conditions for the implementation of the provisions of imprisonment in frozen costs, stipulates On “If the convict refuses to implement the final alimony ruling and it is proven that he is capable of performing what he ordered and did not comply, he will be imprisoned.” The wife confirmed that her husband refused to pay the expenses of her children, and dismissed her from the custody home, due to differences with his mother and then abandoned her, and he refused to grant her her rights and continued to pursue and abuse her to force her to resign her rights. It is notable that the wife, S.M., his doctor, applied to the Family Court, and demanded that she divorce her from the expenses of clothing, brushes, and cover for his children after he refused to pay them since his marriage, and that he threatened her after her resorting to the judiciary to recover her rights, despite his financial condition, and his refusal to pay alimony amounts Approved by the court, and that he beat and abused her and her child with the testimony of witnesses.

The wife indicated that she had obtained a final ruling ordering him to pay, and the husband’s ability to fulfill, according to income investigations, was proven and that he had failed to fulfill it after being ordered by the court.  It is mentioned that the law stipulated the complaint to initiate the criminal lawsuit in accordance with the text of Article 293 penalties for anyone who has been issued an enforceable court ruling, by paying alimony to his wife, relatives, in-laws, custody fees, breastfeeding, housing, and refraining from paying, with his ability to do so for a period of three months, after the alert He shall pay the penalty for imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year, and a fine not exceeding five hundred pounds, or one of these two penalties.
