Karanta Hanyoyin Kariya Guda Biyar Daga Ciwon Ƙoda

Gidauniyar Ƙoda ta Ƙasa-da-ƙasa ƙarƙashin Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya ta ce kimanin mutum miliyan 850 ne ke fama da ciwukan ƙoda a faɗin duniya a yau.
Jikin ɗan Adam na ɗauke da ƙoda guda biyu ne. Ƙoda sashin jiki ce da ke taimaka wa jiki wajen:
1. Tace ko wanke jini daga guba da sauran gurɓatattun sinadarai da jiki ke samarwa.
2. Taimakawa wajen samar da ƙwayoyin jini.
3. Daidaita ruwan jiki.
4. Daidaita hauhawar jini, da sauransu.
Daga cikin hanyoyin kariya daga ciwon ƙoda sun haɗa da:
1. Shan isashshen ruwa: Masana kiwon lafiyar ƙoda sun bayar da shawarar shan ruwa aƙalla lita 2 zuwa 3 a kowacce rana. Shan isashshen ruwa na taimaka wa aikin ƙoda wajen wanke ko tace jini da ruwan jiki daga guba da sauran gurɓatattun sinadarai domin fitar da su zuwa cikin fitsari.
2. Cin lafiyayyen abinci: Cin lafiyayyen abinci jinsin ganyayyaki, 'ya'yan itatuwa, kayan marmari, wake, datsar hatsi, madara mai ƙarancin daskararren mai, da makamantansu. Haka nan, akwai buƙatar rage cin jan nama, sarrafaffen abinci, da kuma gishiri.
Cin gishiri da ke ɗauke cikin ababen ci ko sha fiye da ƙima na iya kawo hawan jini. Sannan hawan jini shi ne na biyu a jerin matsalolin da ke gaba-gaba wajen yi wa ƙoda lahani.
Gidauniyar kula da zuciya ta Burtaniya ta ƙayyade yawan gishirin da ya kamata mutum ya ci a rana; cewa ya zamanto ƙasa da ma'aunin giram shida (<6g) wato kwatankwacin cokalin shayi ɗaya tak kullum.
Sai dai, an lura cewa kaso uku cikin huɗu(3/4) na yawan gishirin da ake ci ba a sanin an ci. Saboda ana zuba gishirin ne tun lokacin da ake sarrafa abinci ko abinsha. Saboda haka, abu ne mai matuƙara wahala ka iya gane yawan gishirin da ka sha a kowacce rana.
Bugu da ƙari, abubuwan da ke danƙare da gishiri sun haɗa da: Nau'o'in magi(musamman farin magi), burodi, kek, yagwat, lemukan gwangwani/roba, sarrafaffen abinci da ke zuwa ƙunshe a leda, gwangwani ko roba, da dai sauransu.
Domin ƙaurace wa cin gishiri fiye da ƙima, ana iya amfani da barkono ko sauran jinsinsa, kayan ƙanshi, ciyayi/ganyayyaki, tafarnuwa, albasa, ruwan lemon fata, da sauransu domin samar da ɗanɗanon abinci.
3. Ƙaurace wa shan taba sigari: Shan taba sigari na iya daƙile aikin magungunan hawan jini da ƙara tauri da matsewar jijiyoyin jini.
4. Ƙaurace wa shan barasa/giya: Shan barasa ko giya na kassara aikin ƙoda na wanke ko tace ruwa da jini. Kuma shan barasa na da haɗarin kawo hawan jini da ciwon siga.
5. Ƙaurace wa shan magungunan ciwon jiki jinsin NSAIDs, kamar diclofenac, ibuprofen, feldene da suransu. Likitoci suna kira da a guji shan irin waɗannan magunguna barkatai saboda lahanin da suke yi wa ƙoda, baya ga gyambon ciki(olsa) da amfani da su tsawon lokaci ke kawowa.
Bugu da ƙari, a guji shan magungunan ciwon jiki ba tare da sahalewar likita ba, musamman wani magani da ake sayarwa a shagon sayar da magani(kemis) wanda ake yi wa taken "CIWO TAKWAS". A maimakon hakan, tuntuɓi likitan fisiyo idan kana fama da ciwon jiki kamar ciwon baya, wuya, gwiwa da sauran ciwukan jiki don kauce wa waɗancan matsaloli da aka ambata.
Daga ƙarshe, Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya ta bayar da shawarar yin sassarfa tsawon mintina 30 a kowacce rana domin yaƙi da cutukan hawan jini, ciwon siga, sankara/daji da dai sauransu don kauce wa cutuka kamar ciwon ƙoda
