Muhimman Abin Da Ya Kamata Kasani Ga Mayukan Girki Takwas Mafiya Lafiya Ga Zuciya

Zaɓin lafiyayyen man girki maimaikon daskararren mai ko sarrafaffen mai na da muhimmanci ga lafiyar zuciya.
 
Ƙungiyar Kula da Lafiyar Zuciya ta Amirka ta fitar da jerin wasu mayukan girki da suka fi lafiya ga zuciya. Ƙungiyar wacce gamayya ce ta ƙwararrun likitocin zuciya, sun lissafa waɗannan mayuka ne saboda suna ɗauke da tsinkakken mai mafi yawa, a yayin da suke ɗauke da mafi ƙarancin daskararren mai, wanda shi ne ke da matsala ga lafiyar zuciya.
 

Lafiyayyun mayukan girkin sun haɗa da:

1. Man Kanola (canola oil).
2. Man masara (corn oil).
3. Man zaitun (olive oil).
4. Man gyaɗa (peanut oil)
5. Man fulawar saf (safflower oil).
6. Man waken soya (soybean oil).
7. Man sanfulawa (sunflower oil).
8. Man riɗi/kantu (sesame oil).
Ana iya gauraya wasu daga cikin waɗannan mayuka sannan a ambace su da "vegetable oil", wato man ganyayyaki/'ya'yan itatuwa, kuma shi ne mai mafi kyau ga lafiyar zuciya da hanyoyin jini.
