She ensured legendary designer Jean-Paul Gaultier bowed out of 50 years in the fashion industry in style as she rocked the runway at his triumphant final Paris Haute Couture presentation.
And Karlie Kloss had all eyes on her once again as she left Theatre Du Chatelet on Wednesday night after her commanding catwalk appearance alongside the great and good of the fashion world.
The supermodel, 27, looked elegant in a dazzling black and gold leopard print dress with a fringed hem as she hit the town in the French capital following the show.
The cover girl teamed her party look with black patent heels, while draping a wool coat over her shoulders to combat the winter chill.
The runway queen wore her blonde hair slicked back in a neat up-do and injected a bolt of colour to her ensemble with a pop of pillar box red lipstick.
Earlier in the evening, Karlie joined some of the world’s top supermodels, including Irina Shayk, Gigi and Bella Hadid and Eva Herzigova, at Jean-Paul Gaultier’s epic final Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week presentation.
The model was a vision in white as she sauntered down the runway in a stunning couture piece while carrying a glass accessory in her hand.
After her eye-catching moment in the gown, Karlie hit the runway in a long-sleeved lace jumpsuit.
Gaultier was a teenage prodigy, who rose to fame in the 1980s when the Paris fashion scene was at its most decadent.
It was announced earlier this month that this would be Gaulier’s final haute couture fashion show as the French designer was finally ready to retire after 50 years in the industry.
The iconic creator, 67, revealed via an Instagram video on Friday that he would be bowing out with a big party to mark half a century in the business.
His brand confirmed the high-end fashion and perfume business would live on, but that Gaultier was stepping back from designing clothes himself.
Karlie’s work in Paris comes fresh from an appearance at the star-studded $6.5million wedding of Dasha Zhukova, 38, the ex-wife of Chelsea owner Roman Abrahamovic, and billionaire Stavros Niarchos, 34, over the weekend.
The supermodel and her husband Joshua Kushner, 34, joined an A-list crowd in descending upon the ritzy Swiss ski resort of St. Moritz for the wild nuptials.
The wedding ceremony took place in the St Moritz town hall building, before the couple celebrated the marriage at five-star hotel Kulm St. Moritz Hotel, which is owned by the Niarchos family.
The fashionista recently made a rare political statement, confirming her views don’t resemble those of her controversial family, the Kushners.
Karlie’s husband Joshua Kushner is the brother of Presidential aids Jared Kushner and his wife Ivanka Trump.
‘I’m sure I’m not the only person in this country who does not necessarily agree with their family on politics,’ she said on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
‘I voted as a democrat in 2016 and I plan to do the same in 2020,’ she added.
Karlie and Joshua began dating in 2012 and got engaged in July 2018. The couple exchanged vows in a small intimate ceremony in upstate New York in October 2018.
