Probably the Russian constitutional amendment is determining how powerful the Putin government will be.
Today the Russian Central Election Commission announced that after 100% of the votes were counted, results showed that 77.92% of the vote voted in favor of constitutional amendments, while 21.27% rejected it.
The committee indicated – in a statement today, Thursday, July 2 – that the percentage of participation in voting on constitutional amendments was 67.97%.
Ella Bamfilova, the head of the Russian Central Election Commission, said that the vote on the constitutional amendments “was no dough legitimate” noting that the results will be approved officially in a meeting of the Central Election Committee today.
So the Russian constitutional amendment is clarifying that Putin will be in power till 2036 .
