We are glad to formally present the new url/link for the new and improved AGSMEIS Portal and also provide a step by step guideline for onboarding all existing EDIs and the steps for EDIs to admit applicants.

EDI Registration:
Clicking on EDI Application takes the user to an EDI onboarding page
EDI can verify BVN by inputting correct BVN data
EDI can complete the EDI onboarding process successfully
On completion, site redirects EDI inside application
EDI sees a message telling them to contact an Admin to approve their application to be an EDI
EDI cannot perform any actions until they are admitted by the Admin(Head of AGSMEIS)
Applicant Registration: -
User can see a landing page when they visit the given site
Users can click frequently asked questions page which takes them to a designated page for FAQs
User can see an apply page which consists of EDI and Applicant sign up
Applying as an Applicant takes the user to an applicant onboarding page
Applicants and EDIs can verify their BVNs by entering basic information
Applicants can complete the registration successfully
Applicant gets an email notification for successful account creation
After the registration is complete, users see a message telling them to contact EDI for admission
EDI Approval
Admin can see all entered information of the newly onboarded EDI
Admin can see the Admit/Reject application button
Clicking the Admit button admits the EDI (Check by logging in as previously onboarded EDI)
Clicking the Reject button rejects the EDI
After admitting the EDI, EDI moves from Onboarding EDI to Training Institutions table
EDI Admitting Applicant
Log in as newly onboarded EDI
Find and select Manage Training List
Find and admit the newly onboarded applicant
Applicant Business plan
Log in as the previously onboarded applicant
Applicant can now see more information and a sidebar containing other options
Applicant can now click on Loan application to begin their loan application process
Applicant can create and edit information in the Personal Details section
Applicant can create and edit information in the Business Information section
Applicant can create and edit information in the Equipment(s) Needed section
Applicant can create and edit information in the Working Capital Needed section
Applicant can create and edit information in the Other Loan Information section
Applicants can submit their loan applications
Applicant can create and edit information in the SWOT analysis section
Applicant can create and edit information in the Products and Services section
Applicant can create and edit information in the Competitions section
Applicant can create and edit information in the Business Assets section
Applicant can create and edit information in the Management and Staff section
Applicant can create and edit information in the Financial Plan section

Applicant can preview previously entered Loan Application and Business Plan details

EDI Operations
EDI can submit applicant business plan
EDI can issue certificate codes to applicants
EDI can view loan application status

Old Applicants (migrated from the current portal)
All applicants on the current Portal will be migrated to the new Portal
Applicants will be able to visit the new Portal, using their current log in details(user email and password ) to access the portal and review/check the status of their applications.
If yet to be interviewed, applicant will take the Online Assessment
All applicants (new and previously on AGSMEIS Portal V1.0 and not yet interviewed), will take the Assessment test
If unsuccessful, applicant will be notified and will only be eligible to reapply after 6 months
If successful, application is formally submitted and a message is sent to the applicant stating that the application for the loan has been duly submitted. ( Note that a successful submission is NOT A LOAN APPROVAL)
